After Mason completed our backyard fence (a complete rebuild) to perfection, I knew he would be the one I would trust for our other project-the bathroom renovation. Dealing with Mason was incredible. He made multiple visits to work through every detail of the project with me. After we chose York Development Group, he started on time and worked incredibly hard. As lumber was virtually sold out in Toronto, Mason visited numerous suppliers in nearby cities before finding lumber in Muskoka. He then went to work with Derek (Skippa) and the two worked tirelessly with incredible attention to detail. Every aspect of the project was done to perfection. The end result is even better than we pictured it. Mason will be my first call if I need any work done in the future and I highly recommend York Development Group. We have already referred them to multiple neighbors.

We were very impressed with York Development group and how they went above and beyond for our project. Our old wooden deck was in bad shape with some rotting wood, and we wanted to replace with composite decking. Mason, the owner came to give us a quote and had a lot of samples to go through. He was honest and gave us ideas. During these pandemic times, it was very difficult to get supplies which we knew (just going to the stores they had no wood, etc) but we didn’t realize it would be really hard getting composite decking. I really had my eye on a certain brand and colour but it was unavailable anywhere and could not be ordered. I was in the middle of choosing another brand/colour when I got the news that Mason called all of his contacts and was able to find the one I wanted. He also drove around to get me a special bronze coloured railing, as I didn’t want the white or black railings. The work was done fast, and looks really good. I was impressed with the crew, cleanup, and even follow up service. I called him with a little issue and he came that same day to fix it, I was not expecting that.
50 year old front porch with a glass paneled roof was leaking and all the panels were blown (totally fogged up due to humidity leaking into the double glass panes). Mason through his researched found that the system used to build the porch was obsolete and came up with an alternate way of replacing the glass.
His work was very clean and professional. His dedication to completing the job included working through the long weekend. we will use him for future renovations.
We needed to put a fence on one side of the property due foreseen circumstances. Mason was able to fulfill it in a timely and very professional manner. Looks Fantastic.
Mason helped to design and re build my backyard deck. I would recommend mason to anyone. He spent time going through our options and showing us samples when he was quoting. We changed our minds a few times and delayed the project and he was willing to go when we were. He started the project on time and worked until it was done. As issues came up he asked us what we wanted to do. He took no short cuts and made sure everything was perfect and looking good.

3 months after the completion of the job and we still love it. Meisam and his crew are friendly, accessible and always answered our questions. They also fixed a nightmare job in my backyard to something that is usable and strong. Already hoping to line them up for a fence repair this summer.
